Common questions
Manage or cancel
Open Settings, choose Manage subscription, and use Apple's subscription screen. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple.
Apple Health
Health sync is optional and write-only. You can change access in the Health app. Dawdle never reads your Health data.
Reminders
Dawdle schedules one local reminder. Notification permission and delivery settings are controlled in iOS Settings.
Local practice data
Practice history stays on your device. Deleting the app deletes its active local data; Continuum cannot recover it.
Breath-hold score
The score is a personal general-wellness trend, not a medical test or a measure of lung capacity or lung function.
For the fastest help, use Contact support inside Dawdle. It opens a visible email draft and lets you review or remove its redacted diagnostic attachment before anything is sent. Please do not include health, payment, or other sensitive information.
